RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically manages and directs the accounting systems and operations of the College, including student accounting (billing, student accounting, third-party accounts receivables);

  • General accounting (payroll processing, accounts payable, grants accounting and financial reporting);

  • Restricted accounting;

  • Accounting classification structure;

  • Financial recording;

  • Accounting policies and procedures, regulatory compliance; and

  • Related internal and external reporting requirements.

  • Provides administrative and management support for the College and Foundation financial accounting system. Serves as primary lead for College and Foundation external financial audits.
