Associate Membership & Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to announce that we are streamlining this process for our Associate members and are combining membership with sponsorship opportunities.  We are able to continue to offer very cost-effective membership/sponsorship opportunities.

In order to participate in the annual meeting which is typically held in April each year, you must join or renew your Associate Membership dues by February 28th.  After this date, you will not be able to participate as a sponsor and have an exhibit table at the annual meeting.

The cost of the Annual Associate Memberships are as follows:

Associate Membership:

• $400 (if paid between July 1 and September 30 each year)

• $500 (if paid between October 1 and December 31 each year)

• $600 (if paid between January 1 and February 28 each year)

Partner Level Associate Membership:

• $800 (if paid between July 1 and September 30 each year)

• $900 (if paid between October 1 and December 31 each year)

• $1,000 (if paid between January 1 and February 28 each year)

Director Level Associate Membership:

• $1,300 (if paid between July 1 and September 30 each year)

• $1,400 (if paid between October 1 and December 31 each year)

• $1,500 (if paid between January 1 and February 28 each year)

President Level Associate Membership:

• $2,000 (if paid between July 1 and September 30 each year)

• $2,100 (if paid between October 1 and December 31 each year)

• $2,200 (if paid between January 1 and February 28 each year)

All membership dues must be paid by February 28th each year to be able to attend the Annual Meeting in April each year, since only current members are invited to attend. Our membership year runs from July 1 through June 30 each year, so everyone’s memberships renew on July 1 each year, regardless of when a member renews their membership between July 1 and February 28 each year.

Please note:  New Associate Members must be sponsored by an existing OACUBO Institutional Member and need to be approved by the OACUBO Executive Committee. The OACUBO Executive Committee reserves the right to reject or disqualify any corporate membership that fails to meet compliance with federal, state and local laws.
